User Agreement
Effective Date: January 5, 2026
Welcome to the Tetocom PoC application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Quanzhou Tietong Times Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Please read this Agreement carefully. Once you download, install, or use this App, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Content
- This App provides you with services such as binding walkie-talkies via Bluetooth, adding walkie-talkies to groups, voice communication with walkie-talkies, viewing walkie-talkie locations and chat records. The specific service content is subject to the actual provision of the App.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time. If there are relevant changes, we will inform you in advance through in-app notifications, official website announcements, etc.
- We may increase or decrease service content according to business development needs, and relevant adjustments will take effect after publication.
2. User Rights and Obligations
1. User Rights
- Have the right to use various services of this App in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;
- Have the right to make suggestions and comments on the services of this App;
- Enjoy the right to use the account under the premise of complying with this Agreement.
2. User Obligations
- In the process of using this App, you should comply with national laws, regulations and relevant provisions, and must not use this App to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;
- You should properly keep your account information and be responsible for all operations performed through your account. If you find any abnormality in your account, you should contact us in time for handling;
- You must not use this App to disseminate pornographic, violent, terrorist, slanderous or other illegal or bad information;
- You must not infringe upon the portrait rights, reputation rights, intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of others;
- You must not perform reverse engineering, reverse compilation, cracking or attempt to obtain source code of this App;
- You must not interfere with or destroy the normal operation of this App, or create, publish, or disseminate programs or tools that interfere with or destroy this App;
- In the process of using this App, you should comply with the usage specifications of walkie-talkies and must not abuse the walkie-talkie function to interfere with others' normal use.
3. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights of this App (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, etc.) belong to us. The name, logo, interface design, code, etc. of this App are protected by law;
- The intellectual property rights of the content you generate during the use of this App (such as chat records, etc.) belong to you, but you grant us the non-exclusive right to use, store, and transmit such content within the scope of providing services;
- Without our written permission, you must not use, copy, or disseminate any intellectual property of this App without authorization.
4. Disclaimer
- We are not liable for the inability to provide normal services due to force majeure (such as natural disasters like earthquakes, fires, floods, wars, government actions, etc.), but we will resume services as soon as possible after the impact of force majeure is eliminated;
- We are not liable for the inability to provide normal services due to third-party service failures (such as network service providers, operating system providers, etc.), but we will do our best to assist in solving the problem;
- We are not liable for any losses caused by your use of this App or reliance on information provided by this App, unless such losses are caused by our intentional or gross negligence;
- Factors such as the performance, signal, and battery status of walkie-talkies may affect the service quality of this App, and we are not liable for this;
- We are not liable for disputes arising between you and other users or third parties through this App, but we can provide necessary assistance upon your request.
5. Agreement Modification and Termination
- We have the right to modify this Agreement according to business development needs or changes in laws and regulations. The modified Agreement will be published in the App or on the official website and notified to you through in-app notifications, etc. The modified Agreement takes effect from the date of publication. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you may stop using this App;
- If you violate the provisions of this Agreement, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, restricting functions, suspending or terminating services to you, and pursue your relevant responsibilities;
- You have the right to stop using this App at any time. Stopping use is deemed as your termination of this Agreement, but your behavior during the period of use is still bound by this Agreement.
6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
- The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are all governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China;
- Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation first; if consultation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit in a people's court with jurisdiction in QuanZhou.
7. Others
- This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of this App, replacing all previous oral or written agreements;
- If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other provisions;

When you use the function to view walkie-talkie locations, we will collect the walkie-talkie's location information. In addition, in order to search for Bluetooth devices, we need to obtain your precise or approximate location permission.

Chat records between you and walkie-talkies (including voice, text, etc.) will be stored on your device locally and on our servers for your reference to historical records.

Device Information:
To provide statistical analysis and security assurance services, we will collect your: device identification codes (including IMEI, Android ID, DEVICE_ID, IDFA, OAID, IMSI, GUID, SIM card serial number, device serial number), device model, operating system version, installed application list information.
Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app. During application operation, we need to collect your device's unique identification code. For details, please visit "DCloud App Engine Privacy Policy".

Account Information:
If you register for an account of this App, we will collect the account-related information you provide (such as username, mobile phone number, etc.) for account management and identity verification.

Camera and Album Information:
In order to achieve communication and binding functions with walkie-talkies, we need to obtain camera and album permissions to scan QR codes.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used only for the following purposes:
- Implement the core functions of this App, such as Bluetooth binding, voice communication, location display, etc.;
- Optimize App performance, improve user experience, and fix App vulnerabilities;
- Ensure the security of the App and prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activities;
- Provide relevant information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations or upon legitimate requests from government departments or judicial organs.
4. Information Storage and Protection
- Your information will be stored on our servers or on your device locally. We adopt industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

- You can manually delete locally stored chat records and other information through the settings function within the App.

- You can turn on or off relevant permissions (such as Bluetooth, location, microphone, etc.) at any time through the system settings of your device.

Right to Account Cancellation:
You have the right to apply for cancellation of your Tetocom PoC account.
- In-app cancellation: After logging in, you can submit a cancellation application through [Settings] -> [Account Cancellation].
- Manual cancellation: You can also send an email to wuchune@tietong-wl.com.
After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Changes to Privacy Policy
We have the right to modify this Privacy Policy. The modified Privacy Policy takes effect from the date of publication. If you do not agree to the modified policy, you may stop using this App.
